Do Bigger pockets pro account holders have access to education information such as: NOI

ROI,CAP rate,GSI,interest rates, Market analysis and property evaluation?If not where on Bigger pockets can I have access to that education? What are some of the features of the Property analysis software? Is there a live chat person or live support available if I have technical difficulty or question?
