Rent Deflation
What happens to rents nationwide if the economy tanks? Will they go down by 20%, 50%?
I'm looking to get back into the buy and hold for cash flow game in multiple out of state locations. I'm curious rent deflation risks I should assume given that I believe we are headed for a serious economic correction globally.
Thanks!
