How much profit does a rehabber in Socal look for?

Hello out there! I am a new wholesaler in the Socal Area, I am getting some leads and looking to start negotiating on price with these sellers. I am curious how much of an investor discount the local rehab/flippers are looking for. The prices are pretty high in our area so I'm not sure if that affects the numbers or not. If you are willing to let me know what percentage of ARV you are willing to pay then it would make it much easier for me to send you the appropriate deals that would work for you and we can both make some money. Any help is greatly appreciated : ) Thanks!
