Everett WA Real Estate Investment opportunity

Hi BP,

I am wondering about any other possible Real Estate investment opportunity I am not aware of in my market, if you know of any please let me know. I am currently looking into buy and holds but have been noticing how hard is out there but am keeping at it, I am looking for JV deal as I dont have enough  up front cash I good income but not enough cash saved up. 

I know that there are good real estate opportunity in my area just have not found one yet I have noticed new developments going up and empty buildings with new owners taking up the space now and investors rehabbing as well, seeing all this acting motivates me to keep at it because I know Real Estate can bring wealth.
