Scott Yancey - Flipping Vegas - Scam?
I attended another Scott Yancey seminar for the free gift and food. But every time they bring up a current student who has had success and it's these older people. They explain their success and now having purchased 2 apartment buildings.... They provide financing for you up to $750k and collect 1% back when you close. It seems like a win-win. What's the catch? Scam? Is there something he's doing that we can't do on our own?
