newbie wholesaler in Orlando

Hey BP!!

Let me start off by saying i'm a newbie in real estate, I have been studying real estate for the past 2 months. I've been reading books, calling investors, and reading in the forums. Basically anything i can get my hands on. There are so many questions that i have and i'm sure everyone on BP has the answers! I'm 22 years old, born and raised in Orlando, so i know the city very well. My short term goals would to be in wholesales just to get my foot in the door and actually understand everything i need to know about real estate, and grow my sellers and buyers list. My long term goals would be to flip and sell or flip and hold, really depending on what i will learn through the years. I have a vision and i have goals, i WANT to learn more. Please feel free to reply at anytime, i'm open to anything you experts have to say. No better information than from the people from the inside of real estate. Thank you so much in advance!!
