Thoughts on condo/apartment buy and hold
What are everyone's thoughts on condo/apartment buy & hold versus SFH buy & hold. The condo/apartment rental market seems to be pretty hot in my area and I am thinking about focusing on this area. Can anyone with experience on both give me some input? Thanks in advance!
