Any advice on how to / where to start to sell a rental property directly to a tenant without going through a realtor? I have the house and I have the buyer. Thanks in advance. Ben

Get a attorney to write up the contract, and have the buyer pick a title company, then they kick things off with their bank and the title company... show up at closing, done.
