LENDING TO AUCTIONED PROPERTIES?

Hello BP community excited to be apart of the team!

Im fairly new to the Real Estate business but dedicating every day to learn more and more about it. I'm basically a super duper pro already but you know, I got questions haha

Any who, I would like to know if there is any possible way to go about getting a Hard Money Lender to loan my partner and I money on a property being auctioned off. From what we gathered, auctions aren't really a favorable deal to do for HMLs. I would like to know if it is at all possible.

Any responses or thoughts on this situation is greatly appreciated!

Thank you guys!
