Just listened to Podcast 183. Great podcast, by the way, and congrats to Sarah on her success over the past year. She mentioned the significance of studying the market before buying rental property. I would love to get your thoughts on what exactly is meant by "study the market." What different things do you consider before making an offer on a property?
