Question for the Memphis, TN investors.  Is anyone currently using the Memphis Daily News website?  I know they're supposed to be a good lists source, but are there any other good benefits of being a member of the site?  I'm trying to decide if its worth it before signing up for a 1 year membership and adding it to my tool set.  Thanks in advance.

    @michael hayes,

    You also get a paper copy of the Daily News every weekday with your online subscription.  To me, that's worth about $10/mo. (or $120 per year).
