Lease Terms
I currently reside in Georgia. On the leases I will be inheriting, there isn't a renewal or extension clause. Does this mean they are completely expired and the leases are worthless?
The leases I have were signed 2012 and have not been renewed, but do they automatically go month to month and the terms written on them remain in effect?
