Hey guys! I currently have my first property under contract. Its a 4-unit complex. I have read a couple real estate books and listened to all of the podcasts, so I have a very basic base of landlord knowledge.

Do any of you have any resources (Books, articles, etc..) to direct me to in order to start this off on the right track? I'm looking for information specifically regarding managing multi families/tenants.

Thanks guys! =)
