New investor needs Real Estate Agent Investor

Hello everyone. To be short and direct, I need an Real Estate Agent/ Investor who can pull comps on an extensive list of properties today. I will also need MLS listings to provide to inspectors. Lastly, if you are interested in an unlicensed RA assistant we can discuss incentives. I am in Statesville, North Carolina which is about 50 mins from Charlotte. Thanks everyone.

Shon.

Lashonda Jones you should be able to go to any local real estate broker and have comps pulled (usually for a flat fee). Although the seller pays the commission on the buyer's real estate agent, oftentimes you can get a better deal on the purchase price by them not having to pay a commission. So if you can find a great deal without using the full services of a real estate agent and instead just pay the small fee to have the MLS comps pulled, you're already ahead of the game.
