Post #100, Thank You to BP

So this will be my 100th post on BiggerPockets.  I know, that's not a whole lot!  But a lot has happened in that time.  I suppose I owe a bit of a thank you to Google, which brought me to BP when I searched for real estate investing information.  I have gained so much knowledge from this site, it's amazing.  98% of the people in the forums are great, the podcasts are awesome, blog posts, book recommendations...everything!

I think it was August or September of last year when I really started to gain interest in REI. Last month, I closed on my first property (two unit). The first floor pays slightly more than the mortgage, and I am currently renovating the second floor. I love having a reliable source like BP when I have questions or when I just want to do some learning. I am really excited about the opportunities offered by REI, and I'm already anxious to get my next property...which I have no idea how I will buy.

Thank you to everyone who has given me advice over the last year, and thank you BP.  I hope to be in the position to give advice to others in the not-so-distant future.
