Real Estate Virtual Assistant or Acquisitions Manager

I would love to have someone who has some sort of negotiation skills when speaking with sellers who could make calls for me, I have another project outside of real estate that is going to have me busy for the next couple months and would love to keep my real estate business going.  I've seen someone post about having an Acquisitions Manager just wondering does anyone have an Acquisition Manager on their team and how did you find them?
