$450K To Invest...
Okay so my kids are grown up so we're actually thinking about downsizing
and taking about $450-$500K equity from the sale to invest in some more
rental properties....We have 4 rent houses at the moment. Do You think it
would be better to pay cash for 2 Houses at approx $200k each or would
it be best to put a down payment on 5-10 rentals all at once?
