I Have Cash Sitting Idle (Over $300K) - What Should I Do?

I have cash sitting idle - over $300,000 in one of my bank accounts. I am going to use that cash for several deals in the next 15-30 days. For the meantime, what should I do with that cash?

One idea that I have is LEND it out for TRANSACTIONAL FUNDING (1-day funding for wholesalers).

Any other ideas so that money will earn money for the next 15-30 days vs. just sitting there idle?

Thanks in advance BP Nation!
