1st apmt with potential seller!

I got my first apmt with a potential seller out of small yellow letter campaign  (driving for dollars )...for tomorrow.  Even though I've never done any before I have watched videos and have an idea on what to do.  Any suggestions? Maybe someone that wants to guide me to walk me through the process and I'd be willing to split my profits in case I close the deal? 

This is in Oak Cliff TX
