Is the AGENT my FRIEND?

I mean I take the agent's interest is for me to buy the most expensive property. But I want a deal..

Do I share my financials with the agent?

the agent can be your friend. If you of course are dealing with an agent of integrity, honesty and trust. My goal is always to make my clients happy. If my goal was anything else this career path would not be worth it
