Effective ways to structure and run RE Investors Group meetings

Those of you who have been to or run RE Investors Group meetings/meetups, what have you found works best for structure?  Everyone is busy and we want to make sure their time is well spent when coming to our group.  Rather than trying to reinvent the wheel, I thought you all might provide some ideas and best practices.  I am new to the group, but I understand there have been up to 45 attendees.
