Realtor License

So I have read the pros and cons of whether or not to have a realtor license in this forum. The cons that refer to having a realtor license requires disclosing that you're a realtor and/or having to make sure that you are not taking advantage of the seller, leads me to ask this question. What if in making your deal you have another party that has a realtor license, such as spouse or relative? A different example would be in where you the person speaking to the seller has a realtor license, however the purchasing party of the property would be a corporation or a LLC partnership. Would that circumvent the need to disclose or protect from taking advantage of the seller? .... I am asking because I'm a newbie and considering getting my real estate license. Please forgive my ignorance.
