Help finding a good agent

I currently have two rental properties and I am looking to purchase some additional rehab properties to flip or possibly rent. I have always heard the importance of finding an agent who will work for you and I'm not sure I have the right one yet. I could use some tips on how to find an agent who will work for and with me. What questions do I ask and where do I start looking to find someone who specializes in flips and buy and hold not just traditional MLS sales?

I am located Gilbert/Queen Creek area of AZ. If anyone has an agent you would recommend I would appreciate their info.

Thanks.
