Commercial contractors
We are looking into purchasing a 16 unit building but before making an offer we'd like to have a contractor give us an estimate on repairs. Do commercial contractors usually charge for this service or do they offer free estimates in hopes that they will get the job? We have every intention of making an offer on this building but aren't sure where to begin. Any suggestions?
