Hey Guys,

I am close to closing a deal in East Kensington (near the intersection of Jasper and E Albert).  Just wanted to know your opinion of this section in particular.  It seems to me to still be a bit rough.  Do you think it may gentrify in the next few years?  Would be a good buy and hold area?  I'm a bit hesitant to close.

Hi @,

You are buying in one of the hottest areas in Philadelphia Neighborhoods. Did you notice construction and development everywhere around you and it is not slowing down. Best suggestion, would attend a East Kensington Neighborhood Association meeting held monthly and you will meet you neighbor, developer etc.

Regards,
