Tax appeal in Trenton NJ

I currently own a SFH in the Villa Park section of Trenton NJ. I purchased it last September for 64K and it was recently accessed for 80K. I'm appealing the taxes ($4,800) and have to go to court in a week. I plan to look for comps to build my case but am looking to hear success stories and get some ideas on building my case to get my taxes lowered. Thoughts? Ideas? Much Appreciated.
