Agent recommendations in west Los Angeles

All,

Do you have recommendations for agents who specialize in buying investment properties for flipping on the west side of the 405 in Los Angeles? Preferably Venice, Culver City, Marina, Playa Del Rey, Palms. 

I have financing confirmed with a large bank and a financial backer who is supporting so I'm ready to buy once the right property has been found. My plan is to buy/sell two properties this year and more in 2017.
