Title company
I need to ask a question about a title company who hide the paper work on a house that was being sold to make sure all the calculations were correct. Both parties signed, the money was disputed to the seller. Several weeks later the title company asked the seller to send the title company $645.00 because the realtors fee was miscalculator. Is that legal? Is the seller responsible for the mistakes of the title company?
