Greetings! I've been a fan of BiggerPockets for a while and finally decided to join. I currently own 6 properties in the Minneapolis/St. Paul areas (15 units). Each property was financed through a broker and sold into the second market. I'm now wondering if I should begin doing portfolio lending and what the next step should be.
