Looking for a General Partner
Hello. I am trying to find a general partner who would be interested in partnering on an apartment building. I do not have the funds, and I am not particularly looking for a partner who does. I want to bring the deal to the table and have my partner put together the funds for the deal. I don't care where my partner is from. I can look for deals in your city. I am also a beginner investor. I haven't done a deal yet, but I believe I am educated enough to analyze a property.
This probably isn't the way to find a partner, but I don't know what to do anymore. I have done quite a bit of research and I haven't find anything very practical. Even if you have some practicable advice on finding a partner I would appreciate it.
Thanks!
