Converting an old nursing home. Possible opportunity.

Has anyone had success on the forums converting an old nursing home into efficiency apartments? I seem to remember reading a thread at some point last year but cannot find it. A property has come for sale with an SFR but it includes an old vacant nursing home along with 2 additional vacant commercial buildings. The asking price for this place is less than most single family homes sell for by themselves! If anyone is interested in looking into this with me please shoot me a private message. Had not considered this but I could possibly be looking for a partnership with someone that can back financing where I can be the boots on the ground for the project.
