The Triple Threat?
Good morning all,
I'm a recent college graduate currently navigating the corporate world. Myself and two friends have contemplated the idea of starting up an LLC to begin purchasing rental properties. That being said, I am a Financial Analyst, one friend is a Banker and the other is a Real Estate Agent. This sounds like it could be a "Triple Threat" scenario given our backgrounds. However, I know that this could also cause some conflict due to varying degrees of knowledge. So, my question: Is this a smart idea and are there any success stories from using this approach? Any insight is appreciated.
Thanks
