Raw Land Investment Property
I recently purchased a piece of raw land on high ground, on a Main Street with lots of traffic. I plan on turning it into a rental property, but first it needs a septic system and second I'm trying to decide whether to build a house, purchase a manufactured home, or rent out the space for trailer. I'm just getting started and don't have very much money to build a house so I'm leaning towards a manufactured home and renting it out to acquire cash flow. Any suggestions are welcome thank you!
