Need Funding to close on DEAL

Looking to close on this 3bd 2ba SFR on 18,140 sq ft lot. The home sq footage is 1,882. The home was built in 1966 and looks to have been last updated in the 80s. Asking price is $50k and the estimated repairs to flip I believe to be $50k. Still Looking for a contractor to have them give me estimates. The ARV for the area seems to range from $150k-$185k.
