Hello, I'm an up-and-coming wholesale in Atlanta looking to start building my power team. Does anyone have a reference for a good Title Company/ Closing Attorneys that know how to work with investors and can also perform double-closings? Thanks! P.S. If any cash buyers have any specific criteria they are looking for let me know and I can add you to my buyers list.
