Would love to be an apprentice?

Hello, i am a new and hopeful real estate investor! I moved to Florida, because I thought the market was better here (and because it's warmer). I was hoping that there was someone that would be willing to have me as their apprentice. I am very driven and know how to find deals. I have found many, but I wasn't able to get them with my investors. I didn't think it hurt to ask! Thanks again for any feedback!
