The short version is I personally own the commercial property that is home to my business and have for several years. For some reason the State has decided that my business should have been paying me rent and has hit me with a 23k tax lien. Can anyone recommend a good RE/Tax Attorney and or Accountant in North Florida, preferably near Tallahassee? Has anyone else experienced or dealt with anything like this?
