Hi, my name is isaac and I'm currently trying to purchase a two family home in queens NY. I spoke to a real estate broker and it seem like my buying power is 380k for a two family and 340k on a single family home. If I wanted to purchase a 2 family home for 600k , what would be some of my options? What's a good way to find distressed 2 family properties in the queens area for my price range?
