Hey everyone, I am looking to purchase a duplex in the Dallas area and I am wanting to get a FHA loan to finance it. What are your thoughts on FHA loans ???? And does anyone have any awesome recommendations on a great lender that's offers them???? Please give me some insight, thanks everyone ! :)
