Tenant Ready before purchase?

When should you technically start advertising for an available rental? Say your still in the process of evaluating the deal, or maybe have it under contract and running inspections. I will feel like there is a optimal time when you can start looking for tenants, just don't know when that would be?

Any thoughts on the best time to execute "searching for a tenant" on a new rental property that your planning on acquiring?
