For Cali investors.... $15/hr min wage

I am just curious for those of you in Cali, is this minimum wage hike there expected to seriously impact your bottom lines? For example, if you were previously paying good laborers, such as painters, carpenters, etc. $15-20 per hour, are they now going to want $20-40? I cant imagine this is going to be a good thing.
