Hello, I'm curious as to what it might mean when the following is written under "Property Owner" in a real estate tax record:

EQUITY TRUST COMPANY, CUSTODIAN FBO
JOE SCHMOE IRA

or 

EQUITY TRUST COMPANY /CUSTODIAN

Does this mean that the owner's IRA claims title to the property?
