Matt Aichison - Flipper, Agent, Construction Owner
I was listening to podcast 166, Matt Aichison, who has 3 businesses, all working together. He gets a lead, and if cash won't work for the seller, he refers it to his tradiional Real Estate Team. He also will do a remodel if the seller is looking to do finance that themselves, before listing.
So, I was wondering, what you all think of that strategy? Does anyone have a RE license and if the cash sale won't work, they offer to act as their RE agent? Or is that a waste of time?
His main issue is ethical solutions for his customers.
