Finding an Agent for Stone Mountain/Clarkston, GA Homes

Hey guys,

I'm a beginner investor living in the Atlanta area looking to invest in single-family homes in the Clarkston/Stone Mountain area of Metro Atlanta, GA.  I grew up there for 20+ years and am pretty familiar with the area.

My reason for focusing on this area is because of the lower cost of housing.  Properties can be had for a fraction of the price of something within the city limits of Atlanta.

I'm looking for an agent intimately familiar with that area of town and possibly someone who's already invested in that area.

I'm a motivated beginner who is looking to purchase his first investment property this year and possibly expand by purchasing another 1-2/year thereafter.  

Any help would be extremely appreciated.  Whether it be advice or real estate agent referrals, any and all suggestions and/or information is welcome.
