Mortgage Before or After Warranty Deed Transfer To LLC?

Hi, I am looking to put my property in a LLC through a WARRANTY DEED. The property is fully paid for and I own it outright. But now I want to take out a mortgage on the property, to then buy another property. Should I take out the mortgage on the property before or after handing the property over to the LLC?
