Income Tax Expense
For those properties with positive cash flow; I wonder how many of you set aside a certain percentage each month to pay for income tax.
If so, I'm curious what the average is.
My wife and I currently have an AirBnB rental and we carve off 25% of all rental income to pay for taxes at the end of the year. If there is any left over, bonus.
