Texas HOA Liens

Greetings!

Tomorrow I will be attending my first "Super Tuesday" auction in north Texas. I would love to get some solid advice and answers on Buying HOA Liens.

Q: If I buy and the bank ends up foreclosing am I out of luck, or do I still have a lien on the property and would I eventually get my money back?

Q: Can I evict the owner and put a renter in the property?

Any pro's and con's and input would be greatly appreciated!
