Looking to hire an agent to do BPO in Dallas-Fort Worth area

I'm an California-based real estate investor looking to hire an agent to help me go view the house, take pictures, and perform a BPO for potential deals in Dallas-Fort Worth area. Must be able to gain access to these properties. Note: I want CMA approach, not per sq ft approach.
