New to Dallas/Fortworth - DFW and ready to start my REI journey

Hello everyone!

I am new to the DFW market. I recently sold my home in California and moved to DFW to chase my REI dreams. I have done my research and feel DFW is the best place to start my REI journey. I am looking to build a network, find a mentor and finally pull the trigger on an investment opportunity. I have not decided if it will be a flip or a long-term opportunity I start with but the goal is to build more capital and then build a portfolio of long-term buy and hold properties. I am open to partnership flips, mentorship and any other information you all can give me. I look forward to your insight and possibly working with you in the future.
