These folks called me over the weekend and wanted me to come look at their house. I've got a whole DropBox folder filled with all of the fun that awaited me inside this home... Mainly people with ZERO experience trying to learn how to rehab a house... Tile buckling, counter tops with gaps, buckets full of water from unknown leaks, home made plumbing, etc. But the best part was the location. It is literally right on the highway. One of the nosiest streets I have ever been on. Their neighbors have multiple broken down cards, appliances, and trash bags all of the yard. There are 4 vacant homes on the same street. 

All of this could be mine for a cheerful 40k
